Loading of the Bin.  Customer is responsible for the proper loading of the Bin.

 Bin must not be loaded above the top rim of Bin and the maximum weight of Bin when loaded must not exceed 5000kgs. 

The Customer is responsible for determining placement of Bin on their site so as not to cause damage while Mr. Bin delivers or picks up Bin.  The Customer will be subject to a failed pick up charge if Bin is loaded above the top rim or the weight of the load is too heavy to lift.  Mr. Bin will notify the Customer of the problem with the Bin and the Customer shall be responsible for fixing the problem before arranging for the next pick up attempt. Customer will be responsible any overweight fines at a rate of $35.00 plus $20 for every 100 kgs the Bin exceeds 5000 kgs.

 

Customer agrees to provide proper care of the Bin and to return the Bin in good working condition at the end of the rental period.  Customer shall not perform any modifications, alterations, or change to the Bin without prior written consent of Mr. Bin.  Any unauthorized modifications will be removed and equipment will be repaired to its original status, at Customers expense.

 

Customer further acknowledges and agrees that the Customer shall be soley and fully responsible for ensuring that all waste materials disposed in the Bin comply with this agreement and shall not contain any Excluded Materials and Substances as described herein.

 

Excluded Materials and Substances. Title to and liability for any Excluded Materials and Substances shall remain with Customer and Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnity and hold harmless Mr. Bin from and against any and all damages, penalties, fines and liabilities resulting from, arising out of or related to such Excluded Materials and Substances.  Excluded Materials and Substances include the following:

Hazardous waste, Industrial waste, Chemical products, Herbicides & Pesticides, Solvents, Paint (except dried latex paint cans - absolutely no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, engines, motors, oil filters, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline, antifreeze, contaminated soil, tires, batteries, light ballasts, medical waste, asbestos, animal carcasses.

 

Customer irrevocably grants Mr. Bin permission to enter the Delivery Address for Bin pick up.  Mr. Bin shall not have any obligation to remove the contents of the Bin unless the account of Mr. Bin is paid in full.

There will be a 3% credit card transaction fee on all payments made with your Visa or Mastercard.
